Order Preparation & Delivery

All orders are carefully prepared, and the estimated preparation time is 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been prepared, we ship it with DPD for fast delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to track your parcel and view the estimated delivery time.

Note: Delivery may occasionally take longer due to public holidays. Any such details will be displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available for orders in Croatia, Slovenia, and Slovakia, with an additional fee of €0.50. However, if an order with cash on delivery is not collected, future orders with cash on delivery will no longer be available. In this case, delivery and return costs must be covered in accordance with our commercial terms and conditions.

For other countries, payment can be made by credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires), PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact (Belgium), BLIK (Poland), EPS (Austria), iDEAL (Netherlands), Przelewy24 (Poland), MobilePay, and Klarna. If a specific payment method is not linked to a particular country, availability depends on the delivery address. The exact payment options will be automatically displayed during checkout after entering the delivery details.
